Namecard Mission Reflection
Empathize: We put ourselves in our "customers'" shoes, and we came up with some basic problems that needed to be solved.
Define: We came up with some problems that needed to be solved and challenges that needed to be overcome.
Ideate: Based on the problems that we identified, we came up with methods that could be used to solve the given problem.
Prototype: Based on the "outline" of our Ideate phase, we came up with a rough draft of our final product.
Test:We made a final draft that we would release into the "market" and got feedback on it.

Design Thinking Process
Empathize:
Empathizing is when you put yourself in your customer/user's shoes. You must find problems that people have before you move on to making a solution. By getting customers' feedback, you can make the best product possible in order to fulfill the users' needs.
Define:
Defining a couple of the most significant problems that your potential customers have is a crucial part of making the most optimal product. Take feedback from customers in order to improve your ideas and translate them into something concrete as best you can.
Ideate:
Once you have defined some main problems that you want to solve, come up with ideas for a product that will solve those problems as best as you can.
